Care that fits your real life
If you live with anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood changes, trauma, or ongoing stress, it can be hard to know where to start. You might not be sure if you need medication, therapy, coaching, or something more specialized.
At ALTA MH you do not have to decide that alone. We help you understand what is going on, then match you with the right mix of services.
A clear path to mental wellbeing
Our team includes board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioners, therapists, and health coaches who work together. Most people start with a psychiatric evaluation or an initial therapy consultation, then build a plan that may include:
• Medication management for depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and other conditions
• Individual therapy to process experiences, learn skills, and feel more grounded
• Health, life, and parenting coaching to work on habits, boundaries, and family dynamics
• Ketamine treatment for certain forms of depression, under careful medical
“I have been fortunate enough to work with Julia and cannot say enough good things about her as a provider. Her approach to care is dynamic and she goes beyond just looking at a diagnosis.”
- Fay, patient at ALTA MH.
Services available at ALTA MH
Psychiatry and medication management
Psychiatric nurse practitioners complete detailed evaluations, review your history, and clarify your diagnosis. They prescribe and adjust medications for depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and sleep concerns when appropriate. Follow-up visits monitor benefits, side effects, and changes in your life so your plan stays supportive and effective.
Health, life, and parenting coaching
Coaching helps you build healthier habits and move toward your goals. Health coaching supports sleep, diet, movement, and stress reduction. Life coaching focuses on motivation, clarity, and work-life balance. Parenting coaching offers guidance on communication, routines, and boundaries to support calmer, more connected family life.
Creyos cognitive testing
Creyos assessments measure attention, memory, processing speed, problem-solving, and other thinking skills. They support evaluation for ADHD, cognitive decline, and related concerns. Results are explained in clear language and used to guide personalized treatment, coaching, or lifestyle recommendations.
Individual therapy
Therapy helps you understand patterns in how you think, feel, and respond to stress. Therapy supports people managing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship stress, and life transitions. Sessions focus on building practical skills and emotional resilience. We also support people exploring gender identity, navigating transitions, or seeking mental health care related to LGBTQ+ experiences.
Perinatal and postpartum support
Providers with women's health expertise offer mental health care during pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenting. Support may include medication management, therapy, and coaching. Care is tailored with attention to emotional wellbeing, safety during pregnancy and breastfeeding, and the unique pressures of growing a family.
OligoScan testing
OligoScan evaluates tissue levels of minerals and heavy metals to identify imbalances that may impact mood, energy, or cognition. Results help guide nutrition, supplementation, and other lifestyle changes as part of a comprehensive care plan.
Couples and family counseling
Couples and family sessions focus on communication, conflict patterns, boundaries, and restoring connection. Therapy can help partners or families navigate stress, parenting challenges, transitions, and longstanding tensions. The goal is to create healthier ways of relating and build supportive routines at home.
Available in-person only.
Ketamine treatment
ALTA MH offers in-person ketamine treatment for eligible adults with conditions such as treatment-resistant depression. Each patient completes a medical and mental health assessment before starting. Integration sessions and follow-up visits ensure the process is grounded, meaningful, and aligned with your overall treatment plan.
