"As people age, they may experience certain life changes that impact their mental health, such as coping with a serious illness or losing a loved one. Although many people will adjust to these life changes, some may experience grief, social isolation, or loneliness. When these feelings persist, they can lead to mental disorders, such as depression and anxiety. I believe that taking care of mental health is important all your life. I'm trying to find effective treatment options that will help each older adult maintain their mental health and improve their quality of life."

Small steps are attainable and allow you to easily identify the things that are working for you, and the things that aren’t. Over time, small steps add up and lead to lasting change.”

Hanna Dzenisevich
Therapy Consultant

Hanna is a therapy consultant with expertise in various modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). “In my personal and professional journey, I've discovered the profound interplay between mind and body. I firmly believe that reshaping our thoughts can trigger emotional shifts, while changes in our physical well-being can impact our cognitive processes. I believe that each individual possesses an intuitive knowing of what serves them best and how to attain it. Yet, amidst the chaos of modern life, we often find ourselves in the trap of over-analysis and excessive rationality, hindering our journey towards fulfillment. Beneath the layers of mental clutter lies a path to authenticity, meaningful connections, and the realization of our dreams. I see my mission as to guide others in untangling the knots of self-doubt and overthinking, facilitating a return to their genuine selves."
